Events Coordinator

Wheatley Institute engages students, scholars, thought leaders and the public in research-supported work the fortifies the core institutions of the family, religion, and constitutional government. Wheatley Institute regularly hosts conferences, workshops and keynote speakers, both on and off campus. Attendees often include senior ecclesiastical leaders, civic leaders, university administration, internationally recognized scholars, and journalists.

In order support our tradition of hosting flawless professional events, Wheatley Institute is seeking a creative, experienced, highly organized event planner to help execute Wheatley events, conferences, and meetings. The ideal candidate is dedicated to managing production from concept through completion while maintaining the highest standard of excellence and providing superb client/guest service and experience. Position can have flexible hours with more work hours in Fall/Winter than Spring/Summer.

Digital Media Specialist

Wheatley seeks a highly motivated half time employee to perform a variety of graphic design tasks related to social media and digital marketing. We are looking for an organized, self-driven individual to coordinate strategy, work with stakeholders and oversee the digital and photo/design teams. As the Digital Communications Specialist you will: participate in project management, create and execute strategic digital marketing campaigns; analyze website metrics and report key findings to stakeholders; help create graphics for digital mediums, and assist in various strategic communications and marketing projects.
