Nate McGhie is studying economics at BYU. His family has moved several times, so he spent his childhood in Indiana, Chicago, Russia, and The Netherlands. After exploring an unreasonable number of majors, he settled on economics because of its power in explaining how the world works. Nate hopes to pursue a Ph.D. in economics or a career in public sector consulting. In his free time, he enjoys studying foreign languages, playing the guitar, and hiking with his wife Becca. He served in the Kyiv Ukraine Moldova mission and is a proud fan of the Chicago Cubs, in times good and bad.
