Kiersten Robertson is studying Economics with an emphasis in International Development. She is focused on helping impoverished nations through economics. After graduation, she will obtain a master’s degree in development economics or public policy. She hopes to spend much of her time conducting research in developing countries, specifically Africa or Asia. She currently works as a research assistant in the economics department focusing on perceived gender disparity in roles involving children. Kiersten enjoys picnicking, hiking, skiing, and cooking. She is from Orlando, Florida.
