Grace Soelberg is from Kaysville, Utah and is currently in her last semester at BYU. She will be graduating with a History major along with minors in Africana Studies and Sociology. Grace is also in the universities Honors Program and is in the process of writing her thesis “Peculiar Students of a Peculiar Institution: Racial Minorities and Race Relations at Brigham Young University as Presented in the Banyan from 1911-1985.” She plans to attend graduate school in American history and pursue a career in academia.
