Garrett Maxwell is pursuing a double-major at BYU in Comparative Literature and Middle Eastern Studies & Arabic. He has a deep interest in the comparative theology, languages, eastern religious heritage, and intellectual history of the Middle East and India in relation to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Accordingly, he plans to apply for graduate programs in Near Eastern Languages & Civilizations and Religious Studies. He was born in Texas and raised in Boise, Idaho.
