Wheatley Institute fellow is helping to build Ukraine's constitutional court system
Boyd Matheson interviewed Wheatley fellow, Judge Thomas Griffith, for his show Inside Sources. Judge Griffith visited Ukraine on a delegation to help consult and build Ukraine's constitutional court system.
